PRICES

All prices shown on this website EXCLUDE VAT at the current rate and DELIVERY.
In the extremely unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch. We will notify you ASAP should this be the case.The price of the goods may be changed from the one advertised. Please confirm the price before you order.

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card as well as Paypal. Credit card and debit card payments are taken at the point of customer order not on dispatch of goods.

We may share customer credit history information with relevant credit agencies.

We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods we supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.

We will charge you interest at 1.5% per month if you do not pay in full by the payment date and make a reasonable charge for our administrative costs incurred in obtaining payment.

If any link is offered connecting you to a third party web site, it is as an accommodation to you and to the respective third party site owner and is provided without charge. These terms of use constitutes the entire agreement between you and White Imaging Ltd. with respect to the site. If any provision of this terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only. You acknowledge that you have read these terms of use, understand it, and agree to be bound by it. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and White Imaging Ltd. which supersedes any proposed or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and White Imaging Ltd. relating to your use of the site.

DELIVERY – UK

We aim to process all orders as soon as they are received and we dispatch goods the same day subject to availability and credit card authorisation.
Products despatched are for next working day delivery (not weekends) and are delivered by our standard carrier. Although our next day delivery service is extremely reliable, it is NOT a guaranteed service. Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our carrier and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.

DELIVERY – OUTSIDE UK

We are happy to despatch to locations outside the U.K. Please contact us for a quotation for delivery cost.

Shipping Costs.

We apply a standard charging rate for goods dependant on delivery location. We may at our discretion and depending on the size and weight of your package, send goods to you by 1st Class Registered Mail. In the event that we do so, we will refund the difference to your card so that you are not left out of pocket.

Value Added Tax

Value Added Tax will be charged on all goods sold and supplied through this website with the following exceptions: –

1. For all orders purchased and shipped outside the UK , there is no VAT chargeable but any local duties shall be borne by you the client.

Retention of Goods Statement.

1. Risk in the goods will pass to you when we or our nominated carrier deliver(s) the Goods to the address notified to us for delivery of the Goods. You agree to insure the Goods to their full replacement value immediately with effect from delivery in accordance with this clause.

2. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods in accordance with clause 1 above, title in the Goods will not pass to you until you have paid us in full cleared funds the Price and any sums that are due in respect of any other Order.

3. Until such time as the title in the Goods passes to you, you will hold the Goods as our bailee and will keep the Goods separately and properly stored, protected, insured and identified as our property. If you sell the Goods to any third party whilst title in the Goods remains with us, any warranties that you give in respect of such Goods will not bind us and you will keep us fully and effectively indemnified in respect of such warranties and for the price relating to such Goods.

4. Until such time as title in the Goods has passed to you (and provided the Goods are still in existence and have not been resold), we may at any time require you to deliver up the Goods to us (at your cost) and if you fail to do so immediately, to enter upon premises of yours or any third party where the Goods are stored and repossess the Goods.

5. Notwithstanding that title to the Goods has not passed; we will be entitled to an action on the Price.

6. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that are available to us, we may exercise a general lien over any of your property or materials which are in our possession in respect of any outstanding debts due from you to us. If you have failed to pay any outstanding debts within 14 days of our giving you notice to do so, we may sell or otherwise dispose of any such property or materials in our possession.

7. Account. We are not obliged to open an account for you and may refuse to do so at any time without giving a reason. We may also suspend or cancel an account after giving you notice. You will also agree that the information you give on your credit application form is correct and that you will notify us immediately if any changes occur.

8. We must be notified within 3 working days in case of error, shortages or damage. Failure to this may result in our company not supplying an exchange or credit note. A handling charge could also be applied after this period of time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot guarantee availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to advise of expected delivery dates.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel all or part of your order you may do so up to 3 days following the day after receipt of your order without any charge. If we have already despatched the goods to you then please see our returns policy. For goods that are not stocked and ordered on a special order and for goods that are manufactured to order, we reserve the right to charge all or part of the value of those goods if cancellation occurs after the 3 day period has elapsed.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you in any way be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 30 days for exchange or a refund. A minimum amount of £ £8.95 may be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery costs, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. This will only apply to goods that are not made to order or customised to your requirements. We cannot accept return of such goods under any circumstances except that of a fault or damage.
